Magento 2 Tax per Store View
Tax Class attribute in default Magento has scopes as Global and Website. It means that a tax class can be applied for all websites (Scope as Global) and for all stores of a website (Scope as Website). However, if a website has a lot of stores or store views, it is impossible for the owner to charge different taxes for a product per store/store view.
